Food Bank of South Jersey’s Summer Meals - Volunteers Needed

School is soon to be OUT which means that the Food Bank of South Jersey’s Summer Meals are IN! Our Summer Meals program provides children with FREE breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks from June 12th to September 1st throughout South Jersey. We are currently looking for volunteers to prepare and package these meals to be distributed over the next few months. Volunteers must be over the age of 13 and if under the age of 16 they must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Burlington County Library System Foundation Seeks Clerical & Marketing Volunteer

The Burlington County Library System Foundation is looking for a volunteer to devote approximately 15 hours/week for a variety of clerical and marketing-related duties. The volunteer will aid the Marketing Committee in the areas of fundraising and publicity. The primary task will be assisting the Marketing Committee in organizing a large scale fundraising event to be held at the County Library in Westampton, NJ in December 2017. The volunteer will assist in coordinating vendors, advertising, managing social media, sending out invitations and related correspondence.

Stroll m ore than six blocks of Haddon Avenue filled with authors/speakers for adults and children, as well as booksellers, storytellers, poetry readings, workshops, exhibitors, kid-friendly activities, and entertainment for all ages.




Burlington County Superior Court - Greeter Program Needs Volunteers

The Greeter program allows members of the community to participate in greeting and directing court users.  Under the direction of court staff, volunteers are equipped to answer questions and provide assistance both in person or by phone, serving as a central welcome/information center for the court complex or a specific division.  Volunteers may also maintain and distribute informational brochures or relevant forms regarding court services as well as assist with tasks such as, but not limited to:  data entry and look ups, filing, sorting and distributing mail, and making photocopies.  Volun
