Court Appointed Special Advocates for Children of Mercer and Burlington Counties is currently recruiting volunteers for Summer and Fall training sessions to advocate for the best interests of children who have been removed from their homes due to abuse or neglect. CASA and its volunteers speak for children in court, serve as fact finders for the family court judges and safeguard the interests of the children while they are in the foster care system.

BookMates

BookMates, the interfaith literacy program of the Jewish Community Relations Council of Southern New Jersey and the Catholic Jewish Commission, seeks adult volunteer reading mentors to spend one hour per week during the school day reading on a one-to-one basis with at-risk students in grades K-2 in Camden and Willingboro.
