Armed Forces Heritage Museum, a 501(c)(3) non-profit, is seeking volunteers to assist us with our mission programs. Volunteer opportunities include: MiniMo mobile museum setup/take down and docent responsibilities at public events throughout the county and surrounding areas, Living History presentations support of programs that feature veterans who have served with distinction.

New Jersey State House Hosts Volunteer Training

Shipman Mansion Foundation - Non-profit focused on preservation of an 1869 home on the banks of the Delaware River in Edgewater Park is looking for someone with knowledge of QuickBooks and non-profit accounting to help them set up their books and records. The Shipman Mansion Foundation recently received a $12,000 grant from the 1772 Foundation and a financial system has to be set up to track the grant, expenses and donations. Must be at least 12 years of age. Become a Volunteer! To help a child with special needs get more out of life and achieve more is an incredibly rewarding service. Our schedule is flexible and you don't have to commit to the same time every week. Previous horse handling experience is helpful but not necessary.
