Autism Speaks enhances lives today and is accelerating a spectrum of solutions for tomorrow.

Emmanuel Cancer Foundation (ECF

Emmanuel Cancer Foundation (ECF), is a not-for-profit organization, whose mission is to provide a variety of specialized services, at no charge, to any New Jersey family facing the challenges of caring for a child with cancer. The distinctive feature of ECF’s program is the tailored package of support provided to the family. The Foundation is a tax-exempt 501(c)(3) organization, privately funded by the contributions of individuals, corporations, foundations and community groups.

      Provide hospitality and general information to patients and families

      Provide wheelchair assistance

      Must be able to communicate with patients/families in a calm manner

Alzheimer’s Association Delaware Valley Chapter

Alzheimer’s Association Delaware Valley Chapter provides supportive programs and services to individuals and families affected by Alzheimer’s disease and related disorders, while also serving as a leader with regard to advocacy and accelerating research.  Volunteers are needed for a wide range of roles, including but not limited to: special events, Helpline assistance, support group facilitation, office support, and more.  Please contact  David Johnson at 800.272.3900 or djjohnson@alz.org – or Volunteer Coordinator: 

Weisman Children's Rehabilitation Hospital

Weisman Children's Rehabilitation Hospital located in Marlton, NJ seeks volunteers! Requirements: Be at least 16 years of age; Commit to a minimum of 2 hours a week, duration of 3 months; Complete the application process in full which includes a: Health clearance, Background check, Fingerprint clearance (for Medical Daycare Volunteers only), and a Volunteer orientation. Volunteers work hands on with children in the Medical Daycare Center or Therapeutic Recreation Department playing games, reading stories and/or providing TLC to infants!
