NAMI NJWalks 2019


Come support your local National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) affiliate at their annual walk! Help raise awareness and fight the stigma of mental illness.


NAMI Burlington County is participating in the NJWalks event on September 28th on the Boardwalk in Seaside Park. Besides the beautiful beach, there will be music, vendors and activities to round out the fun.


Get together your own team or join the Burlington County Stigma Stompers to join in the fun. You can even "virtually" walk in your own home.



Komaza ,  501c 3  organization, located in Burlington County, needs 4 male and 4 females for a summer camp program.Volunteers will need to be energetic, need little physical accommodations and able to pass criminal background check.

Legacy Treatment Center

Legacy Treatment Center serves the needs of the residents of Burlington County, seeks volunteers for both office work and consumer assistance.  Duties include light paperwork, filing, organization and some follow-up phone calls to consumers.  Must have pleasant demeanor, good organizational skills and ability to work with people. Acacia Hospice is a small non-profit end of life care organization located in Burlington County and serving patients and their families across the region. Our volunteers are treasured members of our hospice family and we are incredibly grateful for the love and support they bring to our work. We are always looking for community members who want to take part in the care we provide and there are many ways to do so.
