Emmanuel Cancer Foundation (ECF

Emmanuel Cancer Foundation (ECF), is a not-for-profit organization, whose mission is to provide a variety of specialized services, at no charge, to any New Jersey family facing the challenges of caring for a child with cancer. The distinctive feature of ECF’s program is the tailored package of support provided to the family. The Foundation is a tax-exempt 501(c)(3) organization, privately funded by the contributions of individuals, corporations, foundations and community groups.

Juvenile Diabetes Foundation International of Southern New Jersey

Juvenile Diabetes Foundation International of Southern New Jersey provides information, counseling, and support to newly-diagnosed diabetics and their families.  This all-volunteer agency provides literature to educate the public, support the diabetic, and raises funds for the cure of diabetes.  Teens welcome to apply. Bridge of Hope Burlington County

Bridge of Hope Burlington County, a Christian non-profit ministry, working to end and prevent homelessness for single women with children, needs church partners, and volunteers in fund raising and grant writing. Project Team Leader needed for South Jersey and Burlington County.  Estimated at 2-3 hours per week. Requirements: An extensive knowledge of multi-level fundraising, event planning, and may also including letter writing, personal contact, grant writing, and other duties.

New Jersey Coalition Against Sexual Assault

New Jersey Coalition Against Sexual Assault  (NJCASA) is the state-wide coalition of sexual violence programs. Our mission is to promote the compassionate and just treatment of survivors, their loved ones and significant others, foster collaborative relationships between community systems, and affect attitudinal and behavioral changes in society as we work toward the elimination of sexual violence against all people. We are a not-for profit, 501(c)(3) organization.

Muscular Dystrophy Association

The Muscular Dystrophy Association seeks volunteers (16+) to help with general office duties answering phones, preparing mailings, and organizing fundraising projects that may be held in your local community.  Candidates are being sought for the Advisory Council.  Counselors (18+) are also needed for one-week summer camp in June. MDA serves more than 1,200 patients in the South Jersey Area.  Training provided.  For more information, call 856-356-4467.
