  • Bancroft

    Bancroft exists for one critically important reason:  to provide opportunities to children and adults with diverse challenges to reach their greatest potential.  Volunteers (16+) will be supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities, including autism and acquired brain injuries in a variety of assignments including recreational activities, arts & crafts, classroom support or in office settings assisting fundraising, admissions, finance, and other support teams.  For more information or to request an application contact Darleen Blesi Director, Community and Donor Engagement 856.348.1160 x 1716 darleen.blesi@bancroft.org

  • Kate’s Place, Inc

    Kate’s Place, Inc. is a non profit social program that provides a safe and friendly environment for developmentally delayed teens and young adults 18 and above. The program currently takes place in Moorestown on Monday, Wednesday and Friday afternoons from 2:00 to 6:00pm with the possibility of extending to Tuesdays and Thursdays in the near future.  We are in need of compassionate volunteers.     LeRoy W. Homer Jr. Foundation is a non-profit organization which encourages and supports individuals who wish to become professional pilots by awarding flight scholarships.   • Community Options, Inc.

    Community Options, Inc. is a pioneering, national nonprofit organization that has assisted thousands of people with disabilities to depart institutions, live in settings of their choice, achieve fiscal autonomy and explore recreational opportunities that foster self-esteem.  COI is currently recruiting groups (businesses, corporations, college organizations, etc.) to participate in Project: CARE (Community Assisted Residence Enhancement). The program enables both members of the community and volunteers from local colleges and businesses to improve the quality of life for all of our residents living in COI group homes. Groups will volunteer for one full day helping paint the interior and do minor repairs throughout the inside and outside of the home. Must be 18 years of age or older and able to provide your own transportation to and from the event.  Previous experience with painting and home repair and maintenance is a definite plus, but in no way required.     CONTACT-- TeenLine - A Teen to Teen Confidential Helpline TeenLine is a place where teens can call and talk to other teens about any problems, fears or stresses they are facing.  Volunteers must be high school students 14 years old and up.
